Improved Aspect of the Hawk

I鈥檓 so not an expert on talents, but I鈥檒l at least try to get the ball rolling on this one. I鈥檝e had that talent before and I enjoyed it. Most of my time is spent solo, so any additional DPS is a good thing.
As for not using it, I expect the main reason is if there are other talents a hunter would want more. Spirit Bond is a good example. I happen to love that talent. Its one I always look forward to getting. But many other hunters don鈥檛 use it because they feel they can better spend their points elsewhere. Given enough talent points I doubt any hunter would pass up spirit bond.
-"Too many requests! Slow down!" Yes, thank you, I should take the time to savor the experience of purchasing 37 chicken eggs.
Calabar (50 Hunter) - Farli (27 Minstrel) - Raedan (21 Champion) - Lyndian (23 Guardian) - Bannik (21 Lore-Master)I'm pondering respeccing (I'm BM) to some sort of hybrid spec, and trying to figure out what talents might be useful. I looked for information on how people view this skill and haven't found any yet. Looking through people's BM specs, nobody ever seems to use this ability.
At 5 merits:
Improved Aspect of the Hawk:
All normal ranged attacks have a 10 chance of increasing attack speed by 15 for 12 seconds.
Considering that is somewhere around 6 shots in 12 seconds, and on average, every 10 shots this should activate once, it seems like it would be active a fair amount of the time. Seems like a good damage bonus to me! Am I missing something? Why do people never use this?-Justinian Rukh Chadnarukh
Need help ,from Horde, to get Ravager.
